The update of ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud in the US Region to Version 12 Release 4 Update 6 is planned for January 23, 2026, at 23:00 EST (January 24, 2026, 04:00 UTC).
During the update, access to ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud US will be temporarily unavailable. Please be assured that your tenant and all associated data will remain fully intact and unchanged.
We’re excited to share several updates designed to improve user experience, system reliability, and security across the platform:
Few Customer reported bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and recognition issues in the platform. As part of this release, the platform has also been upgraded to a newer .NET version to ensure improved performance and long-term support.
Service reliability is a top priority for ABBYY; therefore, we continually work on improving our systems.
