As part of our testing for FlexiCapture Cloud EU (Version 12 Release 4 Update 4), we identified two issues and would like to share the current status:

OAuth issue (Email Ingestion): The OAuth token, which is used in the process of email ingestion, was causing issues. A fix has been implemented, and we will be able to fully verify it after the next token refresh, which occurs within an hour.

Verify button issue (ICaaS): The Verify button is not working in ICaaS. Our team is actively working on a fix, though this may take longer to troubleshoot and resolve.

Apart from these two items, testing has been successfully completed and no other issues have been identified. We are also closely monitoring the customer channel to ensure no new issues surface.

The deployment of the latest release is now complete, and documents are being processed as expected. Our testing team is currently conducting extensive validation to ensure everything is working smoothly.

The deployment is complete. Some servers are currently experiencing login issues; however, two application servers are healthy and fully operational. We have successfully tested document processing on these healthy servers, and everything is working as expected.

Our team is actively working to resolve the issues with the remaining servers, and we will keep you updated as progress continues.
