Monitoring

We identified a faulty process that was causing errors and blocking other tasks during document processing. This issue has now been resolved, and the backlog of pending tasks has been cleared. Site performance should be restored to normal. Please let us know if you experience any further issues.

Update

We are investing an issue within FlexiCapture Cloud impacting tasks processed through email ingestion. Tasks that currently leverage hotfolders for email processing of documents are currently not being processed successfully. As a result, you may continue to experience delays in processing of documents. Please be assured that we are addressing this with the highest priority and will keep you updated on any progress.
