We are retiring the Vantage 2.7 environment in the Australia (AU) region on 21 October 2026 at 04:00 AEDT (Sydney), which is 17:00 UTC on 20 October. All existing customers in this region have already been migrated to Vantage 3.x, and no action is needed from you.

After this time, Vantage 3.x will be the only version available in AU. Your 3.x tenant, skills and data are not affected.

If you still use a 2.7 address in any integration or script, or see any problem accessing Vantage after this time, please submit a request to ABBYY Support and we’ll help you right away.
