The update of ABBYY Vantage in the US Cloud is planned for 28 September 2024 01:00 am PDT.
In line with our ongoing focus on enhancing security and consistently providing outstanding service, we will be introducing new firewall functionality in this update. Actions required from you: Please add the IPs from the IPv4 column here: https://www.cloudflare.com/ips/ to your whitelist. These IPs will be used for web and API traffic instead of the current one (port 443). The IP address for SFTP traffic (port 2022) will not change. Known issues: If you are using an external IdP, you may encounter an error during the login operation: "400 Bad Request - Request Header Or Cookie Too Large." To avoid this, please use incognito mode or clear cookies in your browser. We plan to deliver a proper fix for this issue within the next few weeks.
We do not expect any downtime during the maintenance process – your access to the ABBYY Vantage US services will not be interrupted.
