The update of ABBYY Vantage in the US Cloud to version 2.6.0 is planned for 2 June 2024 04:00 AM CDT. The update does not require any further action from you. Alongside addressing a number of issues reported by customers, this release delivers: — quality improvements and updates in several supported document types, incl. Invoice, Purchase Order, Delivery Note, Packing List, Sea Waybill; — extraction of handwritten values in the Receipt document skill, and extraction of receipt data from Slovakia, Hungary and Serbia; — updates to document skills processing various Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax forms (USA) to support 2023 tax period variants (where relevant); — new document splitter skill for Purchase Orders, that separates multiple POs saved within one file into separate files with one PO per file; — early access to the Vantage Mobile Input SDK, which allows developers to integrate mobile document capture seamlessly in native iOS and Android apps. This option extends the previously available Vantage Mobile Input capabilities through web applications.
This update may cause short interruptions (no longer than 30 min.) to some parts of the Vantage service, therefore it has been scheduled outside of regular working hours.
