We have identified two issues during our testing:
OAuth issue (Email Ingestion): The OAuth token, which is used in the process of email ingestion, was causing issues. A fix has been implemented, and we will be able to fully verify it after the next token refresh, which occurs within an hour.
Verify button issue (ICaaS): The Verify button is not working in ICaaS. Our team is actively working on a fix, though this may take longer to troubleshoot and resolve.
Apart from these two items, no other issues have been identified. We are also closely monitoring the customer channel to ensure no new issues surface.

Deployment is completed and QA is in progress. Core FlexiCapture functionality is working as expected, but iCaaS is encountering issues and may not be available. Our team is monitoring the situation and actively investigating for a solution for iCaaS. Thank you for your patience.
