We are currently experiencing a performance degradation in the ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud AU service. Our team is actively investigating the root cause of this slowdown and working diligently to restore normal service levels as soon as possible.

Monitoring
We faced intermittent performance degradation due to excessive load conditions causing performance spikes specifically targeting lookups and check rules. Over the past week and the weekend we have taken actions to address these issues and we have been able to improve the operations of the system and we will continue to address and eliminate these performance issues through out this week and we will be adding additional cloud capacity over the next week to continue improving the performance.
